Barbara made her career in the healthcare industry and in 2008, following her cancer treatments, furthered her education and received her Masters Degree as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner. She was always extremely focused and dedicated to her patients. Barbara always challenged herself whether it was doing research or fighting her disease. She was an avid reader and thoroughly enjoyed learning new things be it teaching herself how to sew or making Christmas ornaments. Barbara will be remembered for her perseverance and empathy towards all those who knew and loved her.

Barbara was a vibrant, loving, caring woman. She always had a smile. I will miss her bouncy walk and beautiful red hair. She never complained about her illness. Her life was cut short but she must have been needed in Heaven more than here on earth. We will miss you Barbar.

    Cori
