Aggie and I worked for IBM in Owego, NY back in the 50s, before she came to Houston. I have many memories of our relationship, and they are all so pleasant. She had the ability to brighten a room when she walked in. Her sense of humor and smile were her trademarks. Carol and my hearts go out to Jug and the family. I hope that you can remember all of the good times. We will have to bear the emptiness caused by her passing. Requiescat in pace in the arms of your Creator. God Bless.
Coach Backhaus,
You may not remember me but you were the football coach when I was in high school in Pearland. I sat close to Aggie almost every Sunday morning mass at St. Helen’s for years. I looked forward to seeing her pretty smile.
I found out within the last year that she and I had mutual friends (IBM friends). I square dance with a lot of them. They all spoke so highly of her.
You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Jug, I am so sorry for your loss. Aggie had such a big personality and was someone you could always count on. I will miss her sense of humor and her colorful way with words. All my memories of her are filled with laughter and I am thankful that the two of you have been part of my family’s lives.
