Alberta Marie (Woods) Foster was born to the union of Gilbert Woods and Catherine Woods on March 1, 1939 in Galveston Texas. Alberta spent her young years in Galveston Texas then moved to California where she attended Saint Mary’ Read Obituary
Alberta was a dear friend and fellow quilter. She was one of the nicest ladies I’ve known; always ready to listen. She would share her vast knowledge of quilting with anyone. I am lucky enough to have a quilted wallhanging she started and proudly display it in my home. I’ll always remember her fondly. May she rest in peace.
Our M&M friendship group is not the same without you. We laugh and talk and have lunch together but there is always an empty place where you laughed and talked and ate with us. You taught us so much about many things.
