View Tribute Book Alfredo Aguilera-Robles, 91, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023. He is preceded in death by his parents Jose Aguilera and Agapita Robles; loving wife Paula; brother Amado Robles; and sister Carmen Witrago. Left to cherish his memory are his sons Emilio Aguilera (Guadalupe), Roberto Aguilera (Noredy), Jose Aguilera (Beatriz), Alfredo Aguilera (Alma), Eleazar Aguilera (Maria); daughters Belen Gallardo (Leonel), Paula Amesquita (Francisco), Juana Ramirez (Salvador), Consuelo Martinez (Juan), Elia Solis (Francisco); sister Benita Arguello; thirty-eight grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren, and a host of many other family and friends.Alfredo was a loving family man and a wonderful provider for his five sons and five daughters. His days were filled with inner happiness and singing his favorite songs throughout the day. Alfredo would wake up lucky enough to be able to purchase a lottery ticket every morning. He would often reminisce about his parents and tell stories about his childhood in Mexico while drinking his all-time favorite drink… coffee. Alfredo always enjoyed every minute he was able to spend in visiting his homeland in Mexico. His favorite hobby was building bonfires as well as relaxing and watching his favorite soap operas. Alfredo will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.A visitation service will be held for Alfredo on Monday, November 6, from 5:30 – 8:00 pm, at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway, Pearland, Texas. The funeral mass will be held at Noon, on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, in Alvin, Texas, with Father John Taosan officiating. Interment will follow at the Confederate Cemetery, in Alvin, Texas.
