You have always meant so much to me. We always enjoyed our moments of sharing craft ideas! You were so very talented when it came to crafting. I will always treasure the quilt you passed on to me to have. I also enjoyed your down to earth personality and your extensive amount of knowledge. I will always treasure you in my heart. And will treasure the memories as well!

Alicia Howard was my Mama and close friend for many years. I will always cherish our time together as partners for Password and Trivial Pursuit and our countless outings to "Junktique", whether in Texas, Nebraska or Iowa. Our long talks of sharing our hopes and dreams were the foundation of our relationship. A relationship that time, distance and circumstance could not alter. I came to understand this as I grew in the understanding of what true relationship means. Alicia's words of wisdom and counsel to me aided in my understanding of this and I know that our love for each other is eternal. Just as God is eternal, so is our love for each other. In this truth, I find comfort. As I told her days before her passing, we will see each other again.

Alicia Howard... what a beautiful, talented, loving, fun woman of God. I was so blessed to be in her life. She always made sure everyone around her was taken care of before herself. She was a quilter and blessed me with a beautiful quilt for teaching her grandkids. I was the blessed one. She loved her family, everyone of them. I was blessed to know her daughter, Carol Ann. We also became friends. One memories we had together was one which involved Kelli. It was her birthday and we were all there watching everyone skate until the end. Well, we left to go look at some Christmas stuff. We were laughing and having so much fun. Then, the news of Kelli crashing and injured pretty bad. Alicia and I both just cried and cried... then we laughed too. We felt so bad because we weren't there for her. Whew! What a party. Kim Briley
