Allan Ray Wheeler's Obituary
Allan Ray Wheeler passed away in League City, Texas, on Monday, December 8th, 2025, at the age of 82. Allan is preceded in death by his parents, John and Thera Wheeler; brothers, John, George, Larry, and Ronnie; and sisters, Donna Ritter and Bonnie Sue Miley. He is survived by his wife, Valerie Wheeler; sons, Roger Keye and wife Lisa, Scott Wheeler and wife Kathy; daughter, Staci Price and husband Christopher; sister, Nancy Clark; grandchildren, Cameron, Gunnar, Heather, John, Emmie, Devon, and Rowan; along with a host of many other family and friends.
Allan was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He served in the Air Force for 20 years and then worked in the calibration lab for NASA until he retired. Allan enjoyed traveling with his family and experiencing new places. He was an experienced gardener and liked to spend time fishing, reading, baking, or watching football. Allan will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A funeral service will be held to celebrate Allan’s life at Clayton Funeral Home of Pearland on Thursday, December 18th, 2025, beginning at 2:00 pm.
