View Tribute Book Anne Emerson Nduonofit passed away on Thursday, July 11th, 2024, in Pearland, Texas, at the age of 62. She is preceded in death by her parents, Sampson and Veronica (Umoh) Edem, and her husband, Dr. Emerson Nduonofit. Left to cherish Anne’s memory are her son, Nkponukini Nduonofit; daughter, Edinamabasi Nduonofit; brother, Christian Edem; sister, Elizabeth Udoh; many Nduonofit family members and a host of other family and friends.Anne was a lively, joyful person who was constantly smiling and putting smiles on other people’s faces. As a very extroverted person, she enjoyed exploring new areas, meeting new people, and befriending them. Anne loved to spend time with her children, making new memories with them any time she could. She also loved to give to others and always had a soft spot for anyone in need, no matter their race or gender. Anne was always taking care of others, not only her family and friends here in the United States, but also in Africa. Even if Anne was tired, she would still give her all to whatever she put her mind to; she was truly a strong woman who feared nobody but God. Anne was a devoted Christian who always attended church. If she could not attend in person, she would make sure to watch the service virtually.Funeral Services for Anne will be held on her birthday, August 17th, at New Harvest Church in Pearland, Texas. Services will begin at 10:00 am, with interment to follow at Houston Memorial Gardens, also in Pearland.
