I worked for Skipper for 2 years during his project in Brega, Libya 1985-1986. During those years I’ve known Skipper as a hard working and fun loving man. I was googling the company that I had worked with “Joffko” only to find this das news. My thoughts and prayers are with each of Slipper family. This might be late condolence, but I felt obligated to post it.

We have know Skipper for years,In fact both him and I were witness to Pat and Linda Pierce wedding
He was indeed a funny guy( kept our grandchildren entretained during our stay at Pats during the great escape from the storm that never came)
