Bessie Virginia Selway's Obituary
Bessie Virginia Selway, formerly of Catonsville, Maryland, living in Pearland, Texas for the past 16 years, passed away July 28, 2016 at the age of 95. Bessie had moved to Pearland in recent years to be closer to her family, and had become an active member of Epiphany Lutheran Church. Bessie was the daughter of George Myers and Grace Myers nee Lapole. She was the wife of James W. Selway, USN, from 1941 until his passing in 1988. Bessie is survived by her daughter, Linda Lee Easto of Pearland; her grandson, Jeffrey Michael Easto of Houston, her granddaughter, Elizabeth Anne Milbrath of Pearland; her great grandchildren, Thomas Jay Milbrath, Stephen Robert Milbrath, and Grace Rose Milbrath.
Visitation and Funeral Services for Bessie will be held Monday, August 1, 2016 at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 5515 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581. The visitation will begin at 9:00 am and the service will follow at 10:00 am with Pastor Jon Salminen officiating.
