Bill Edwin Holley's Obituary
Bill Edwin Holley, 81, passed away Friday, January 6, 2017. He is preceded in death by parents, Joe and Florine Holley Jr.; longtime partner, Sue Carroll; and sister, Mary Lou Bass. Bill is survived by two sons, one daughter, one grandson, five great grandchildren, one great-great grandson and a host of other family and friends.
Bill lived in Pearland for more than 50 years and owned a successful sandblasting/coating company for many years. He enjoyed spending time on his yacht every chance that he could. Bill could be found many days with his friends enjoying fellowship and good food at Kelley’s restaurant in town. He enjoyed taking his custom-made trike to motorcycle rallies, riding with his friends and going to BBQ cook-offs. Bill and Sue always enjoyed hoisting friends down at the yacht basin on his boat for dinner or even staying for the weekend as his guest. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral services for Bill will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581. Interment will follow at Alvin Confederate Cemetery in Alvin, Texas.
