He was always a wonder to see at every parade and just tending the show dogs around Conroe. I’m Sure he will enjoy heavan a lot but will be missed by many.
I will miss the conversations we had when I visited the family. RIP and condolences to the family.

Billy was a wonderfully special friend and golfing partner to my husband and I for over 10 years. He will be deeply missed by us and the many other people who were proud to call Billy their friend.
