Billy Bryan Lamar, 84, of La Porte, Texas passed away on July 11, 2011. Born October 7th, 1926 in Greenwood, Texas to Clarence and Viola Lamar. A veteran of World War II, and retired from the military after thirty-seven years ending up at Ellington Air Force Base. Survivors include his wife, Theresa Lamar and children Linda Nieman and Husband Clarence, Ronnie Lamar, Bill Lamar and Wife Cherri. Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren also survive.
Services will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday July the 15th at Paul U. Lee Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Grandview Memorial Park.
In lieu of usual remembrances donations may be made to American Diabetes Association
