Birdell Bert Clark May 16, 1920 - August 20, 2013 Birdell Clark, 93, of La Porte, Texas passed away on August 20th 2013. He was born in Bald Hill, Oklahoma on May 16th, 1920 to Arthur and Ruby Clark. He is survived by his wife C Read Obituary
I knew him as Mr. Clark as a student at LPHS. He had a great sense of humor and because, like my father, he was an Air Force retiree. God bless you for your service to your country as a Chief Master Sergeant and to your service as a teacher - two great callings in life.
Please accept my most heartfelt condolences on the passing of Mr. Clark. He was a truly remarkable man much loved and esteemed by everyone who walked life's path with him, if even for a few brief moments. He will be missed.

Mr.Clark was one of our favorite teachers. You never knew what to expect when you walked through his door. He kept learning exciting and we looked forward to his class each day. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
