View Tribute Book Carol Jean “Nana” Holbrook, 80, of Sugar Land died Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Grace Care Center of Katy.Born December 6, 1937 in Piedmont, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Ward Catron and Iva Lavon Kegley Catron.She was a former Nursery Attendant of First Presbyterian Church of Sugar Land and a dedicated volunteer of East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters.Nana will be lovingly remembered by her two children, Steven O’Dell and Vickie Coates. She is also lovingly remembered by her son-in-law, James Coates and two grand children, Jason Coates (Lindy) and Stacey Williams (Justin). Nana was also blessed with four great-grandchildren, Niko, Addison, Avi and Silas. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 6:30 pm at First Presbyterian Church of Sugar Land, 502 Eldridge Road, Sugar Land 77478.Memorial donations in memory of Nana can be made to First Presbyterian Church of Sugar Land or East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry.
