In memory of a dear sister in Christ...
Dear Forbes,
Pedro and I want to express our sincere condolences at the loss of your dear wife.
I had the pleasure of talking with Carolyn during two Kairos weekends and enjoyed hearing about the plans for your Route 66 trip, her teaching career, your children and Trivia Crack!
Although I didn't know her well it was immediately apparent that she was sweet and kind with a nice sense of humor and a heart to serve Jesus.
Please know that you are in our hearts, thoughts and prayers as you travel this difficult path in the days ahead.
May God give you peace, strength and comfort.
Your brother and sister in Christ,
Pedro and Deena Garcia
Carolyn was one of the first people I met when I came to Sugar Land. She introduced me to the choir at CUMC. She has so blessed my life. She was so proud of her daughters. My prayers and condolences go out to the family.
Blessings,
Nancy Wilkins
U were my best music teacher ever.
Carolyn, I will miss having you sitting next to me in choir concerts. Thank you for your friendship all these years.
Carolyn, my life is richer for having known you.
I am so sad. Carolyn was such a wonderful, talented friend. We enjoyed so many shared musical times - fellow altos - including a great trip to New York to sing at Carnegie Hall. We roomed together & had a fantastic time. She was a wonderful mother and raised two precious children and was so proud of her extended family, children and grandchildren. She loved her family so much and made it the central emphasis of her life. She was a true Christian and set a great example for all who knew her. I know she is playing right now for a celestial gathering and loving every minute. Leslie and Lindsay, I am so sorry to miss the services for Carolyn. My thoughts and prayers are with you both through this devastating loss. God Bless.
Lindsay, we are so sorry for your family's loss. I never met her, but I know how much you loved her, and spoke of her often. Our thoughts and prayers remain with you and your family.
Carolyn was a very nice lady. I met her years ago in FBISD.
I am a retired music teacher .
I pray for her family during their bereavement.
God will take care of you.
