I would like to say that I am honored to have known Carlos. I’ve known him for many years, as he is my cousin, and i’m glad that we had the chance to reconnect in my adult years. He was a warm person and as stated, he never met a stranger, always welcomed you with open arms. I have so many cherished memories that I will keep with me. We miss you and love you. I pray peace and comfort to the family.
