I am so saddened to learn of Mama’s sleep. I was searching for Tolu on the net when I came across this page.
Although I never had the honour of meeting your mum but the esteem in which she was held by you all proved the great mother and person she was. May Jehovah, the God of comfort continue to strenghten you and your families with his peace that excels all thought. And of course, there is the hope of ressurection too.
Tolu
I hereby express my heartfelt sympathy on the passing away of your mum. I was opportuned to know her during our Ife days – her motherly words of advice and encouragement i could still hear. I came across this page while fooling around on the web. As i read the profile and studied the picture i was convinced the name Akinola Tolulope referred to “PET”. Extend my condolences to your Wife, sisters and family. As was said “To live in the hearts of your loved ones is not to die” – hence Mama did not die but transitioned to the other side where we shall all meet at the end of time.

Adebola,& baby Alyson:
Jade and I are so sorry for just now being able to share our condolences with you in this format, as we did not know this memorial site was available until today. Knowing first-hand just how hard it is to care for and see a parent go through illness, we can only continue to pray for you all daily that you will continue to be blessed with the “peace that excels all thought” from our creator, Jehovah. Having little Alyson now is surely one of your greatest blessings. Surely as a mini-mama she’ll aid in your healing and remembering your mother, wife, and friend.
I, Jennifer, had an opportunity to meet Mrs. Charlotte at the wedding of Kemi and Bola and I can recall how sweet and beautiful she was. Her smile was one of the biggest that I have ever seen. I feel very priviledged to have met her. She produced a beautiful family and left a wonderful example to follow.
Jade and I are so very sorry for her passing, but pray that we will all be there to greet her with warm hugs and kisses at her resurrection.

Tolu, Bola, Yemi, and Kemi… I am so sorry, its hurts, it really does. Mummy was also my mummy. I was looking for Tolu on internet and I found this.
I already called home and asked why nobody told me about this great loss. I missed expressing my gratitude for all you did for me Mummy, but our blessed assurance is, you will be ressurected on the Lords day, because you served and loved Jehovah Elohim.
I pray and ask Him to be your(children and grand children) Jehovah Shammah.
We will see again…Tolu I miss you too, and to your sisters may Jehovah continue to be your comforter.
Tolu and sisters, we are so sorry to hear about your loss. We remember her starting from our time in your home in New York in 1970 or 71, through the time your family moved to Nigeria and afterwards.
We pray for God to grant you the fortitude to bear this loss, and that through the tears you can find joy in the exemplary life she led.
