Claire Grace Jahn was cradled into God’s heavenly arms on Friday, January 25, 2008. She is survived by her loving family, parents, Keith and Kristen Jahn; brother, Collin and sister, Caitlin; grandparents, Robert and Betty Chapman and Robert and Darlene Jahn; and great-grandfather Robert Chapman.
A Memorial Service for Claire will be held on Sunday at 2 PM on February 3, 2008 at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 5501 Main Street, Houston, Texas 77004, 713-528-0527. Reverend Kelly Sullivan will be officiating.
