Mr. Lewis has touched every single one of us in the Schoppe family. His smile and love of life are forever embedded in each of our hearts.
I was a student in La Porte isd and I had the pleasure to know Mr. Lewis. He is greatly missed. Mr. Lewis, I want to thank you for always going out of your way to make us all feel special. You were more than the school janitor you were family. You always knew how to put a smile on our faces and cheer us up. I remember the hugs you gave the high fives the smiles and just pure kindnesses. I wish everyone could have a Mr. Lewis.
He was truly the best and was a part of our school family for many years!!
One of the very best men I’ve ever known!
With loving memories of Clarence .
