Survivors include his Wife Dorothy Smith, Children Karen Berges and Husband David, Curtis Smith, Scott Smith and Wife Brenda, Sisters Audrey Palmer and Husband James, Avis Roberts and Husband Lovell, Grandchildren Kristina Cotten and Husband Ryan, Jennifer Clark and Husband Gage, Kelly Oaks and Husband Ryan, Chad Moses and Wife Jennifer, Nicole Martin and Husband David, Heath Smith and Wife Robyn, Great- Grandchildren Candyce Cotten, Kassidy Cotten, Chloe Cotten, Chance Cotten, Kade Clark, Landon Clark, Teigan Clark, McKenzie Oaks, Angel Martin, Trevor Martin, Great-Great--Grandchildren Gavin Tompson, Payge Tompson, Garrett Smith, Angel Michalak and Husband Nathan, Great-Great-Great-Grandchildren Lilly Michalak and Serenity Michalak.
Visitation will be held Monday August 11, 2014 at 11am with a service to follow at 12pm located at LDS Church: 14350 N Sam Houston Pkwy East, 77044.
Burial to follow at Houston National Cemetery at 2:15pm with a graveside service.
