View Tribute Book Dr. Clinton Niles Kinsey, 52, of Pearland, Texas, departed this world on March 26, 2023. He was born in Houston, Texas on February 23, 1971, to Frank (Rusty) and Debbie Kinsey.A graduate of UH Houston in 1992 as well as Texas Chiropractic College in 1995, he held various chiropractic positions in Port Lavaca, Austin, Houston, and Pearland. He enjoyed interacting with people of all walks of life, as well as his patients. Dr. Kinsey’s outgoing personality was known in his professional life, as well as his personal life. His reputation and dependability allowed him to better serve his patients. Clinton’s favorite pastime was playing Guitar Hero games on Xbox. He had several guitars, a sound system, and microphones that enhanced the game. He was devoted to Vince, his cat of 8 years. Clinton will be dearly missed by his friends and family.He is survived by his parents, Frank (Rusty) and Carol Kinsey and his stepbrother, Scott Pensyl and wife, Emily Savino; uncles and aunts: Chuck and Barbara Kinsey, John and Nancy Kinsey, and Suzanne Kinsey Holcombe; cousins Wade and Charlie Kinsey, Sara Kinsey Collins, Jill Kinsey, Jenny Erck, and Crystal Bancom.
