Dear Betty, Leona, David and the the entire Waters family. I am lost for words over your loss of your sweet Leon. When I first met him in the early 90's, I knew right away that he was a kind, gentle man and always kept his word with his keen sense of humor and honesty. I could not have ask for a better understanding and always willing to help, friend and compassionate Landlord over the years. He even made sure that he didn't start mowing around my house when I was working shift work, as to not to disturb my sleep time. Several years ago, we happened to bump into each other at Krogers in LaPorte while he was shopping for his 'Blue Eye Doll' following Hurricane IKE. Leon was as 'Good as they Come' as the saying goes. I truly know just how much that you all will miss him as he leaves us with so many great memories. I am sending my sincerest condolences to you Betty, Leona, David and your entire family. Much love and hugs to you all from Conroe, Texas. Anita Willisâ¤
