It’s been 11 years since my brother was called to rest in peace with our Heavenly Father, our grandparents grandpa’s & grandma legate and grandma & grandpa Murray, our father. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think of him & still feels like he left us just last week.

David had many qualities & in my opinion his heart being #1. He loved his wife & children, adored our mom, brother Kenny and me along with many many friends. He was generous & would have done anything for anyway.

If I had one wish it would be spending a day on a park bench reminiscing about everything & laughing and crying. He loved being called grandpa legate & looked forward to having many grandchildren

I look forward to seeing him again one day. For now I cherish the memories I have

I have known David sense his high schools day at North Brook. He was a great man and a good friend to my brother Randy Hines. As a younger brother of over 6 years, he was always treated me like I was his brother. He will be missed dearly. It is very hard finding a better man than David. Our hearts go out to the Legate family. God Bless!

Mary – I am deeply saddend by the passing of your husband David. He was a great All Around, Fun Loving, Make you laugh, make ya smile and Cry too soemtimes kinda person. He was the Life of any party or get together when he walked into a room.
