Debra Ann "Debby" Goss' Obituary
Debra Ann Goss, 63, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2016. She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Jeanne Goss. Debby is survived by her daughters, Shelley and Chesley Szydlik; her beloved dog, Santos; and a host of other family and friends.
Debby went to Westbury High School in Houston, Texas. She left school before graduating but was very proud that while in her 40s she not only completed her G.E.D. but also attended Houston Community College where she would complete her certification in medical coding and billing. Debby was an avid Coca Cola Collector and her favorite beverage was always Coke. Being born in Arizona, Debby loved the southwest and the Old West culture. She enjoyed traveling and taking her daughters to Arizona, Utah and Florida. Debby loved children and babysat for families for over 30 years, forming lifelong friendships. She also had a soft spot in her heart for animals and especially loved her dear dog, Santos. Debby will forever be remembered for her kind and giving nature, helping those in need and for being very charitable. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
A Memorial Service for Debby will be held Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581 with Pastor Keith Anderson officiating.
