Delbert Mangum Sr., of La Porte, Texas passed away on June 6th 2013. He was born in Desota, Missouri to Otis Mangum and Edna Horne on March 23rd, 1952. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother James Mangrum. Delbert is survived by his wife Nora Mangum, children Delbert Mangum JR and partner Rachel Johnston, Leshia Wright and husband Derrick Pitman, Marchita Carter, siblings Billy Mangum and wife Linda, Dotsy Cranson and husband Freddie, Carla Parrie, Renny Mangum, Leshia Ann Nick, and 10 grandchildren.
