Dennis Orsak, 61, of la Porte, Texas passed away on November 17th, 2013. He was born in New Mexico on April 7th, 1952 to Leroy Orsak and Mary Cernoch. He is survived by his wife Tina, children Candy Fowler and husband Lee, Aaron Orsak and wife Donna, Rebecca Orsak, sister Marie Orsak- Henry, father’s widow Mildred Orsak, and grandchildren Liam Fowler and Abigail Orsak. A memorial service will be held at the First Assembly of God in La Porte on November 19th, 2013 at 6:30PM. In lieu of usual remembrances donations may be made to the First Assembly of God in Dennis Orsak’s name.
