Dennis James Walters passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014. His parents, James Walters and Dorothy Herman, precede him in death. Dennis passed away peacefully with his loving wife of 43 years, Vicki Zeitler Walters, by his side at Read Obituary

Dear Vicki and kids, we were saddened to hear of Dennis’ passing; please know that we have been lifting all of you in prayer these past few weeks. Dennis always seemed like a gentle giant, tall in stature but with the gentlest disposition ever! I’ been recalling summers at San Leon and Dennis playing in water with us kids or giving us rides in his boat. At Zeitler-Walters cookouts, holiday dinners, or just get togethers, Dennis was always so welcoming to everyone and so accommodating ensuring everyone had a good time. What a blessing he was to us!
