Dominador S "Don" Ocampo's Obituary
Dominador S. Ocampo, 81, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2015.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dominador and Florencia Ocampo; sisters, Marietta Severino and Evangeline Ocampo. Don is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Angelina Ocampo; daughter, Denise Ocampo Afuhaamango and husband, Laau, grandsons, Nikolas and Matthew Afuhaamango. Brothers, George and Eddie Ocampo, sisters, Jane Osbaeck and Carol Bough, and a host of other family and friends.
Don or "Boie" as he was known by his family was a proud Filipino that loved and cared for his family dearly. He was an excellent provider for his family and was a Chief Engineer both marine and building. Don was known as a "jack-of-all-trades" and master of all. He enjoyed music and loved to dance. Grandson Nikolas stated "Grandpa always took care of me before himself" and Matthew said "Grandpa always gave me candy" his wife Angie will forever remember him as her "Officer and a Gentleman". Don will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
Services for Don will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2015 at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581. The visitation will be from 4:30 to 6:30 pm with the rosary recited at 6:30 pm. The funeral service will follow beginning at 7:00 pm.
