Dorothy "Dotty" Elaine Stevens

Dorothy (Dotty) Elaine Stevens of Baytown passed away on May 25, 2016 at the age of 63. She was born January 12, 1953 in Norfolk, Virginia. She is survived by Bill, her husband of 36 years; Sister Susan Rouse; and nephews Brian and Nathan Rouse.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, May 28, 11-1:00pm at Studio 7 Hair Care, 2757 S. Broadway, La Porte 77571
