Dorothy Joe, 65 passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents, Wiley George and Dorothy Louise Mathis; and sister, Wanda Gale Phillips. Dorothy is survived by her son, Larry D. Joe; daughter, Mand Read Obituary
We met as neighbors living next door to each other and became very good friends I will surely miss you.
