View Tribute Book Duryl “Dennis” Rohne passed away on Friday, July 5th, 2024, in Pearland, Texas, at the age of 89. Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Agnes (Langseth) Rohne; daughter, Kay French; brother, Meryl Rohne; and sisters, Joyce Jorgenson, and Pat Shelley. Left to cherish Dennis’ memory are his loving wife, Evelyn “Evie” Rohne; son, Dennis “Keith” Rohne and wife Teresa; daughter, Juleen Axelsen and husband Nils; brothers, Don Rohne and wife Melba, and Marty Rohne; grandchildren, Julie Henderson, Megan Axelsen, Eric French, Dennis James Rohne, and Emily French; four great grandchildren; and a host of many other family and friends.Dennis was a wonderful provider for his family. He worked hard for more than 30 years in various refineries in maintenance roles. Dennis was also a man of great faith in the Lord, serving as a Deacon at St. Stephens Lutheran Church for over 40 years. In 2009, Dennis married Evelyn and they were residents of the Country Place community for 12 years. He enjoyed going on cruises, gambling, and cheering on the Houston Astros. Dennis will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.A Celebration of Dennis’ life will be held on Friday, July 12th, 2024, at Clayton Funeral Home of Pearland, from 12:30 to 3:00 pm. (5530 W.
