E. R. ìGeneî Kibbons' Obituary
E. R. “Gene” Kibbons, passed away on March 23, 2005. He was a beloved husband to Ruth for 62 years. He was a resident of Country Place in Pearland, TX. He loved golf, RVing, and ballroom dancing. He served his country in the Navy Seabees during WWII. He retired from National Supply-Armco Steel. He was a member of BPOE # 151 in Houston.
Gene is survived by his wife, Ruth, of Pearland, TX; brother, Robert S. Kibbons; his children, Barbara McMullen (Ron); Tom Kibbons (Irme); Mary Phillips (Mike); Sue Garrett (David); and Scott Kibbons (Janee’); nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
The family received friends and neighbors at a memorial gathering on Saturday, March 26, 2005, from 1 – 5 PM, at the Lake View Lodge in Country Place, 3119 Flowerfield Lane, Pearland, Texas 77584.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the C P Foundation, c/o Country Place, 3119 Flowerfield, Pearland, Texas 77584, or to a charity of ones choice.
