Edwin LeBlanc's Obituary
Edwin LeBlanc, 63, of New Orleans, LA, passed away October 3, 2010. He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Rowena LeBlanc. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Mary J. LeBlanc; daughters, Alisha A. LeBlanc, Angela D. LeBlanc-Ernest and husband, Gibson; brother, Frank LeBlanc and wife Laura; grandchildren, Jade M. LeBlanc-Ernest, Soutel E. LeBlanc-Ernest and Fuchsia C. LeBlanc-Ernest; and a host of family and friends.
Edwin worked for CSX (Formerly L&N) railroad for 38 years, where his coworkers nicknamed him “Spider.” In spare time, he enjoyed fishing, golf, and watching football, boxing, and westerns from his recliner. He was a devoted husband, father, brother and grandfather, and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
Visitation and Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 16, 2010, beginning 9:00 am at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, TX 77581. Interment will be Monday, October 18, 2010, 10:00 am at Houston National Cemetery.
