~GOD'S GARDEN~
God looked around His garden
and found an empty place.
Then He looked down upon the earth
and saw a tired face.
He saw the road was getting rough,
and the hills were harder and harder to climb,
so He closed weary eyelids
and whispered, "Peace be thine."
He wrapped loving arms around His lamb,
to comfort and promise eternal rest.
God's garden must be beautiful;
He only takes the best.
"Peace I leave with you;
My peace I give you...
Do not let your hearts
be troubled or afraid."
