View Tribute Book Dr. Emerson Offiong Nduonofit, 66, passed away November 23, 2022. He is preceded in death by his father Offiong Nduonofit, and mother Arit Jonah Nduonofit. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, of 32 years, Anne Nduonofit; son Nkponukini “Kini” Nduonofit; daughter Edinamabasi “Edina” Nduonofit; seven brothers; four sisters, and a host of many other family and friends. Emerson was a loving husband, father, and friend. He truly loved life and cherished his family. He was a fun person to be around, Emerson was always smiling, was extremely kind, and very patient. He was well known and respected among friends and colleagues alike. Emerson was a hard-working man who worked tirelessly to provide for his family. He was a leader intellectually; Emerson loved education, and he always encouraged others to study and learn. He was a wonderful role model to his children, relatives, and friends. Emerson enjoyed spending time with his family. He especially loved playing with his children, taking them to school and after-school activities. Emerson was a great man of God, and truly loved the Lord. He was a selfless man who enjoyed helping others. Emerson participated in God’s work; he was willing to make sacrifices and would go out of his way to help people. In his spare time, Emerson loved to travel. No matter what he was doing or where he was going, he was always well dressed. Emerson had a good heart and was a bit of a jokester who loved making people laugh. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Services for Emerson will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022, at New Harvest Church, in Pearland, Texas. Visitation is scheduled from 10:00 – 11:00 am. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, with Dr. Keith Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Houston Memorial Garden Cemetery, in Pearland.
