This is just to express my sincere condolence to the whole family. We met only once but I have learned a lot about him in our e-mails. He gave instant responses to my inquiries and made sensible comments. He shared the good or bad information he knew without reservations. He was a smart person that I honesty appreciate and have a lot of respect. I will miss him too.
To the Blanco family,
Our condolences and our prayers are with the Blanco family. Your father was well known in the engineering field of Static equipment. He was a great engineer who did his work concisely and he had superb analytical skills. We will miss Felimar and his many e-mail comments that are happening on the world stage. God Bless yall and may he RIP.
I continue to pray for Melba and children. I continue to grieve with all of you. Having lost a husband and father of my children, I know the feeling….Felimar was a good comrade/friend of Frank. Melba, if there’s anything I can do, please call me anytime. I understand what you are going through and I am here for you. It is not easy but rest assured that my prayers and support and thoughts are with you and the family.

Nong Monoy was a great man, a great writer, a proud Ibajaynon from Houston. I only know him thru emails way back late 90’s. I never met him personally but i’ve learned lots of things from him. The IBAJAY HOMEPAGE he created was great, so many informations about the history if Ibajay that we never knew. He sent emails that are interesting to read, something you can learn or something you can laugh. I’m always excited to read them. My deepest condolence to his family…
To the Blanco family, we are so deeply sorry for the loss of your father and husband. I know how important and how much he meant to you. I am here for you all. Love you!
