This Thanksgiving and Christmas will be hard for the Osborne Family but remember, Felipe will always be with you. His presence will be with you the rest of your lives. Our lives on Earth are not eternal. We must love each other while we have the chance because we know tomorrow is not promised to us. So remember the good times that you have spent with Felipe. He has gone to a better peaceful place, no more pain or worries. Take your time to Grieve!

I am saddened I was not aware of his death, I would have been there.

My name is Michelle Byard, and I am in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa office of HR Green. The first time I visited our Houston office, I did not know a soul. Felipe greeted me with kindness and "showed me the ropes", introduced me around, and generally made me feel welcome and comfortable. That is just the kind of person he was: very giving and kind. This first meeting turned into a long distance friendship where we frequently shared jokes and just generally "checked up" on one another. I was always so glad to see him when I was in Houston, and he was always the first one to greet me.

I know you are hearing this from all, but I am so sorry for the loss of this wonderful man who made a difference in so many lives, even with such a small gesture of making someone feel comfortable in a new place. He loved his family fiercely and was never at a loss for a story!

He will be missed by so many. My heart goes out to all of his family at this most difficult time.

He was an awesome of a man as he was a father. I remember him coming up to me during aau and instead of telling me all the right things I was doing, he had told me how to improve on things that needed work on. He was a great man who raised a great son and I will never forget the impact he left on my life
