Wishing you strength and peace during this time.
Tu siempre amiga y hermana

I met Alex while working with him at Morris MS. He was always willing to go above and beyond for his teachers and our students. We were crushed, yet so excited for him when he got the job as principal at CMS.
My team had an idea to let our students throw water balloons at us as an incentive for passing their STAAR test. He did not even hesitate when asked to join. I will never forget his smile when he was dodging those water balloons and giving them right back to the students.
He spoke of his wife and children often and that smile would always show his pride in his family. I wish you comfort and strength as you begin to navigate your lives with such a huge piece missing.
May God Bless you all. I didn’t personally know Mr. Sanchez. I’m a 2nd grade teacher at BES. Please know I greatly appreciate Mr. Sanchez’s service to the United States and his calling to education.
Thank you for all your support!
Mr. Sanchez,
I will always remember your kind, caring, and let's go get it attitude. You were one of kind. Always a joy and pleasure to work with. You touched the hearts of many kids, staff and families. You will never be forgotten.

Mr. Sanchez was my first contact in my new job at Crosby Middle School in 2015. I had moved from Maine that summer and he met my wife and I to show us around CMS. He was so kind and friendly so I got very excited about working with him. He was even better throughout the school year! I was extremely bummed when he left Crosby after my first year. However, I was thrilled when he came back to CMS last Fall! Mr. Sanchez was the perfect model of kindness, humility, humor, firmness and fairness as our Principal. I loved him dearly as a leader and friend and look forward to seeing him again in Heaven!
Dearest Sanchez family, our prayers are with you during this difficult time. Be comforted knowing we will see our beloved Felipe again. Romans 8:38-39
