We have known Jean throughout our life in Robstown and she was such a kind, gentle soul. She always welcomed us when we visited and remember her so fondly. She will be missed but know she will rejoice in joining her very muchly loved husband, Frank Parker. We will miss her! Zula and Dale Langley
Mrs Parker was from the era of working women whom took great pride in the care of maintaining composure and professional manor even in a difficult situation. She was dressed professional at all times. The picture used reminds me of first time we meet Frank and Jean. She always had a kind word about someone or to someone.
