Frank Raymond Biaza, Born in Houston Texas to Robert Biaza Sr. & Minnie Mae Chapman Feb. 16, 1954, Died April 22, 2014 in Baytown Texas at the age of 60. He is survived by Daughter Charlotte Nelson, Brothers Richard Biaza & wife Shirley, Ronald Biaza & wife Mary and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday April 26, 2014, 12 noon at the Chapel of Paul U. Lee F.H.
