We are praying for you all. Uncle Fred was so loved!
We all love uncle Fred and he will be missed.
Fred worked with my Father at NASA back in the heyday of manned exploration to the moon. He and I were 'foredeck' crew on my Father's sailboats when we went racing. Spent many a weekend on the water with Fred and my Father and the rest of the crew. I learned a lot from Fred starting at age 12. When Pop passed away in 2014, he and Jan made the long drive to be at my Father's service. It meant so much to Mother and me.
Great memories of sailing in the Bay, Gulf and the Caribbean in the late 1970s early 1980s with my Parents and Fred and Jan. The trip to take Pop's Cheoy Lee 48 to St. Thomas was an adventure for 6 of the old racing crew! Fearless Fred was the best!
Love you
Fearless Fred!
Q: What will you never forget about Frederick?
A: I'll never forget when we were out in the Gulf for an offshore sailboat race, Fred was walking up the 'low side' of the boat heading for the cockpit, SINGING.....SAILING, SAILING, OVER THE BOUNDING MAIN....LOL
Good Old
Fearless Fred!
Love You!
