View Tribute Book Ginger Karen Maxwell Lindsey was born October 24, 1941 in Sweeney, Texas to Lora Hortense Rampy and Ray Troy Maxwell. She graduated from Aldine High School and later attended Sam Houston State University where she studied Art. Ginger was an artist and craftsman. Her family cherishes her paintings, stained glass, and innumerable pieces of needlework. She had an encyclopedic knowledge of antique furniture and glassware and was an avid collector. She found joy in vintage shopping, rides in her Corvette, and snuggling with her dog, Pippa. Ginger is survived by her loving husband of more than 40 years, Larry Lindsey, children Robert Ray Holton and wife Sheryl, Lori Bryant and husband Jeff, Troy Lindsey and wife Christy, Tiera Lindsey and husband Andres Perea, grandchildren Alex Holton, Sam Holton, Hannah Holton, Harley Bryant, Dakota Bryant, Ray DuBois, Shane Lindsey, Travis Lindsey, Justin Lindsey, Sofia Perea, and Lucas Perea, and great grandchildren Mia Holton and Freddie DuBois. Ginger was preceeded in death by her brother Ray Rampy Maxwell and daughter Jennifer DuBois.
