Gwen Womack loving wife and mother passed away Saturday August 8, 2015. She was born in Harbor Beach, Michigan to Olga June and Barney Thrushman of Port Hope, Michigan. She grew up in Port Hope, Kimbal and Port Huron, Michigan where she was loved by all; especially by her mom Olga, Aunt Ginny and siblings Ron, Dale, Rick and Vicky Thrushman. She met her husband Andy Womack, married in 1973 and ended up in LaPorte, Texas where they raised two lovely daughters; Renee Lynn Womack and Michelle Lea Womack. She continued her spiritual life at Christ Redeemer Lutheran Church and everyone there was a great friend. She also had extra special friends in Sharon Anders and Judy McCune. They both lovingly opened their hearts and families to her. She continued her love of her family with trips back to Michigan through the years. Visitation will be Thursday August 13, 2015 from 5-8pm at Christ Redeemer Lutheran Church 8909 Spencer Highway LaPorte, Texas. Services will be Friday August 14, 2015 at 11am at the Christ Redeemer Lutheran Church.
