He is preceded in death by his parents, Hector and Carmen Torres Sr.; and sister, Aileen Torres. Left to cherish his memory are his son, Hector Luis Torres IV; daughters, Elizabeth and Yarilis Torres; brother, Eduardo Torres and wife, Vivian; sisters, Lucy, Lillian and Maria Torres; ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and a host of other family and dear friends. Hector was an excellent provider for his family and a very skilled with his hands. He could build anything from a house to a car. Hector enjoyed the outdoors and loved fishing and fast classic cars. He had an amazing sense of humor and loved to entertain his family. Hector was a generous and helpful man that would gladly give the shirt off his back to those in need. He will forever be remembered for giving nicknames to everyone he loved. Hector will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A Memorial Service for Hector will be held Friday, December 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581 with Pastor Keith Anderson officiating.
