Irby Joseph Banquer, 79, passed away Tuesday, February 16th, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents, Simon and Jennybel (Seminary) Banquer. Left to cherish Irby’s memory are his wife of 57 years, Diane (Hart) Banquer; son, S Read Obituary

When I was new to the maritime industry Irby took me under his wing and taught me so much. His kindness and humor was large and legendary and I will miss him so much.
