Irby was one of the first people I met when I started working for my dad (Lugo Welding) on the waterfront.
He was always on our side and provided a lot of opportunities for our company and our family to prosper.
Our deepest condolences to the Banquer family from the Lugo’s.
He will be missed but never forgotten as we retell stories of our experiences at the port.
Until we meet again, Rest In Peace.
