It is with heavy-heart, we would like to express our deepest, heartfelt sympathy over the loss of Jack, our dear friend. To Sandy, and the kids, and all of Jack & Sandy’s family, our prayers are with you. Derick and I are deeply saddened for the loss of Jack, a very good friend, and great great person. However we know we will see him again, when we are called home. Until then, Jack has forever blessed us with some great memories, tons of laughter, and those good times will remain with us always….
Our sincere condolences to the Burton and extended Patke Families. We witnessed a strong willed and great spirited man.
He was a caring person for everyone he met. Jack never met a stanger. His humor and determination will be missed.
We have many fond memories of him that will stay with us forever.

KATHY AND I ONLY MET SANDY AND JACK SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND WENT OUT TO DINNER.HE WAS A VERY INTERESTING INDIVIDUAL,IT SEEMS AS IF I HAD KNOWN HIM FOR EVER. HE WILL BE DEEPLY MISSED BY US. OUR PRAYERS FOR NOW ARE WITH SANDY AND THE FAMILY.
