Jaclyn Sue Fielder's Obituary
Jaclyn Sue Fielder, 35, of Pearland, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 18, 2026. She was loved greatly by her family and friends and will be deeply missed.
Jaclyn was born on June 2, 1991, in Houston, Texas. She was diagnosed at birth with Cornelia delange Syndrome (CdLS). Her life was not simple, in fact most of it was a rough life full of medical needs, doctor's visits, and all the rest that is associated with having a syndrome with major medical needs. Despite the challenges she faced, her life was also filled with accomplishments, joy, fun, meeting goals set for her and laughing and giggling and being with her family. Jaclyn never hindered her family from doing things and going places, she loved to travel.
Jaclyn graduated from Pearland High School in 2011 with honors and was a member of a Bible Study Class at Second Baptist Church South in Pearland. She loved books and loved to have them read to her. Jaclyn also loved her quiet times in the morning with her dad and in the evenings with her mom. She was truly a remarkable daughter who showed us what unconditional love really meant, and she was a wonderful joy to her family and friends who are going to miss her ever so deeply.
