Jacob Anthony Garza, 15, of La Porte passed away Friday April 8, 2011. He was born August 14, 1995 in Galveston, Texas. Jacob is survived by his mother Yvette Marie Garza, sister Suzette Garza, and grandfather Mario Garza.
Visitation will be held Tuesday April 12, 2011 from 6-8PM at Paul U. Lee La Porte Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Wednesday April 13, 2011 at 10AM at the funeral home as well.
