Jim was the can do man! I ran into him after closing on my property in Rosharon, and that weekend he was at my property with a bulldozer, pushing dirt and clearing the spot for the house. What a giant personality and go getter! I will never forget Jim, from being next door neighbors on Oleander to seeing him at the local hang out sharing his latest exploits, to riding that dozer for hours, and not getting off of it... What a man!

We remember tons of fun times hanging out at the bay with Cathy and Jim! Also,coming over to your house for delicious fish fries! Lupo had a larger than life personality and love for his family and friends. His laugh was infectious ❤️ We will treasure “Lupo’s” memory forever. May God comfort you and the boys as only He can.
