I was blessed to work for JB for about 10 years. My husband was a coach at LaPorte High School and we had little kids at home, so I was able to work from home typing pleadings on an IBM Selectric. JB was brilliant and hard working and had a great sense of humor. He loved helping people. He was an amazing cook and was kind enough to teach our church group how to make some creole dishes. He was a thoughtful and kind man and loved his family! I am blessed to know him.
Worked for JB twice. He was a special person. He will be missed Shirley Miller

Many of my favorite memories growing up were centered around J.B. & family....Whether it be hunting trips to Sonora, a jaunt into Mexico or going to watch a ballgame we always made tons of memories....Coaching all of us boys in baseball, basketball, football, I realize now you were coaching us for the game of life !! ...I'm forever grateful ..Rest easy my friend...
